This has been my approach as well, and it’s funny you should mention Thundra specifically, because I totally did not remember buying her. I noticed her at the back of a bottom corner shelf during my most recent reorganization. It gave me pause for a minute while I tried to remember why I bought her (I don’t have any of the rest of the Hulkbuster wave). The Dormammu wave is similar, where I don’t have much need for most of the figures, but keep them out as placeholders for more classic versions. At least I can remember buying that wave (it was at Burlington Coat Factory).
