Got my kingdom Megatron today. First it's great to finally again buy a leader class transformer that's actually bigger than a voyager and not just a voyager-sized toy that you can partsform to make a little bigger. Having said that he's not as big as leaders from a few years ago but hey it's still an improvement from Siege and Earthrise. Size discussion aside I really enjoy having this figure. In proper Beast Wars fashion he turns from a robot into Barney the dinosaur. The T-rex mode is pretty nice, the panels that form most of the neck will move with the head and his tail even has some articulation. In robot mode he has a bit of a backpack, this combined with his tail-claw weapon on the left arm can make him a bit cumbersome to fidget with but overall he's a very solid robot.
