Usually, the only time I commit to painting a headsculpt is when I don't have to paint small details like that. Otherwise, I look for something ready to go, even if it costs me a little bit extra. It might be pricey at the time, but the lack of stress and agony that is faced with doing it yourself makes it worth the money spent.
Well, I imagine that I've most certainly missed that boat as the prospect of the seller having a painted cast left over is even more slim than just having a blank cast itself.
As for the unpainted casts I have, at this point, I'd be happy to ship them to someone willing to accept payment for applying the apps...

What makes this such a frustrating miss and an unnecessary waste of resources (extra budget lines don't exist in a vacuum and I have to imagine these affected some portion of production) is the fact that many of us predicted this outcome. I know that when these were announced, I immediately expressed that I'd only be willing to throw in were they to provide some inclusion of larger characters like The Stranger, Uatu, Orka, or even a larger sized Apocalypse. I even suggested that maybe we could see parts from the 12" line show up in BAFs. However, I fear their selection of characters and the specific nature of some of the designs makes the repurposing of parts a bit prohibitive.
