The last few pages are because they got Omega Sentinel's skin tone and hair color wrong on her alternate head. With the signs pointing to them probably researching the character's most recent appearance for the main 'red' head and going with a so-so comic panel with incorrect coloring for inspiration on the alternate. Her hair should be black and her skin tone should be darker.


Its still not as bad as X-23's ethnicity roulette in comic and figure incarnations. Poor girl hops between Asian, Hispanic, and Caucasian depending on the artist/sculpt. Kinda weird she got imported to comics without her darker skin tone from X-men Evolution. She's so varied that her 2005 Toybiz figure has 2 variations that have totally different headsculpts and skin tones
