Those are the three that it most obviously draws from, though it does have wings which could be seen as taken from Angel/Archangel and you could even argue the silver metal skin on the face represents Colossus (this one's possibly a stretch).

They're pretty tight on mine and I've been thinking about replacing him if it turns out to just be problem with my figure.

They're all pretty tight on mine, though the knees are a bit easier to work with. Neither of them are stuck but his thigh swivels are much more resistant than anything else on the toy. My brother also got a Dinobot and the thighs on his are also tight, he says the knees on his are fine though.
