I cannot recall any new figure from a 2-3 pack (like MJ, Lady Sif, Colossus, Ego, etc.) ever getting rereleased, I'd say this will likely be the only way to get Happy as a figure. Likely will go on clearance before becoming rare, but put in a preorder just in case.
