You'd be paying $50 per figure if they didn't have deals at Target and Walmart. There's a reason NECA has been able to make like 15+ new molds for the cartoon Turtles in a year and it's Target's $$$. They've been able to do that while not selling the cartoon TMNT figures to specialty shops.
