Wheelie exists in Legends, which is about the only minibot update who's got a decent scale to the larger classics versions. If the Dinobots are a must, I would look into the Walmart exclusive Dinobots line from early in the decade. It was the last (And only) time the entire dinobots had a complete homage, though they were all Beast Wars repaints, and Sludge was a dimetrodon.
You also forgot Springer. There are two versions for him. Botcon 2007, who transforms into an armored truck, and Universe 2, who transforms into a rescue chopper.
A better figure would be the FansProject Warbot Defender, which manages to transform into 3 alt modes like the G1 figure, but is fully articulated and looks a lot more like the animation model, it even has diecast! Might be pricey to track down, it sold out fast.

He has, I just hope that a release of him in the movie does not prevent a Classics/Generations/RTS version of him from being made/released.
More suggestions:
Reveal The Shield Windcharger
Reveal The Shield Frenzy
Both are upcoming scout figures.
