What a wasted opportunity with Surfer as an inclusion. I'll welcome a highly reflective paint app, but would've preferred another herald. However, the silver lining might be the inclusion of two heralds with each subsequent tier.

I got 6 Sentinels for $574 total & again, about $95 of that was the S&H. The Gladiator combatant figs are extremely well done 1:12 figs with very highly detailed accessories, armor & weapons & their bucks make for perfect customizing of Marvel characters with that size frame. I've already got a pretty good custom Hercules going utilizing 1 of the 3 bucks & will post it as soon as I'm done doing some painting on his attire. As for the 3D printed Sentinels, I used the $150 I got from selling my only 2005 TB Sentinel towards the purchase of the 6 Sentinels as well. So outta pocket, I actually paid $424 for the 6 Sentinels, so bout $70 a fig.
Sure, but the implication of what you posted before was about affordability/price, not the value you place on what Haslab is producing - some collectors don't believe Legends to even be worth $25. You spent more on the customs in total than you would have for one project item, then portrayed Hasbro as pricing individuals out of their wares for a 'special project' line known to be expensive. You, apparently, have no problem spending $400 to even $600 dollars. In that circumstance, why frame it as being too pricey, when your druthers seem more closely related to not liking what you are getting for the money? Also, if you're spending nearly $600 for customs (regardless of whatever value you attribute to them, or the numbers you buy) and paying $50 dollars a pop on other figs, then you've already crossed the rubicon of what's 'affordable to most collectors.'

Do you know what materials the Sentinel customizer used to make them? I've read that many of the 3D printed plastics aren't as molecularly stable as the materials used by many manufacturers and are susceptible to hastened degradation. There's an attributable cost for resins that feature greater longevity. I know I've purchased a few thrones and other sundries and I can look at them and know age and attrition is likely to take a hefty toll. Were I you, based on your investment, I might ask homeboy (or homegirl) what they used and find out the shelf life.
