Hello Arker family!
It's John Blackstar! This figure is based in the Filmation cartoon that ran between 1981 and 1982 before He-Man. He features a resculpted head, non removable Power Gem necklace and Star Sword.
He is basically a cast of the Filmation He-Man with resculpted cheek bones, chin and nose so it's not just a He-man with a black wig. The sword was first sculpted in Apoxie and then cast in Procreate.
