Those will always be at the top of my list until either Hasbro or Takara/Tomy finally gets around to doing it. Aside from those, here is my top ten. This list also takes into account Generations rule about having two heads per new mold for repaint potential:

01. Deluxe G1 Arcee (w/Elita-1 and Chromia remolds)
02. Deluxe Trailbreaker (w/Hoist remold)
03. Scout Bombshell (w/Barrage remold)

05. Scout Kickback (w/Ransack remold)
06. Ultra Grimlock (w/T-Wrecks or TM Megatron remold)

08. Deluxe (or Scout) G1 Gnaw (w/generic Sharkticon remold)
09. Deluxe Skullcruncher (w/Alligator-con from '86 movie as a remold)
10. Deluxe Weirdwolf (w/Wolfang and Snarl remolds)

This might be a given, but I'd also like deluxe Sunstorm and Slipstream from MTMTE, using the Classics Screamer mold. They're really the only ones left for that mold that haven't been done (or are on the way). Imagine having all NINE G1 seekers in the same scale!

I would also really like them to try and do the rest of Soundwave's minions to go with the Rumble and Frenzy that are coming out soon.
