I'm thrilled to hear that we're apparently getting 13 new Spider-Man related figures for Spidey's 60th anniversary year next year! Whether it's for the Retro wave or the 60th anniversary wave, I'm hopeful we'll see some more civilian supporting characters made into figures next year. I'd love to see characters like Aunt May Parker, Flash Thompson, Harry Osborn, Mary Jane Watson and Joe "Robbie" Robertson get new figures. I'm still hopeful we'll see some kind of figures for the Chameleon, Doctor Octopus, the Green Goblin and Venom next year, since Chameleon is Spidey's first Lee/Ditko villain and the other three are among Spider-Man's greatest and most popular enemies.

For the Marvel Legends 20th anniversary wave, I'm curious if that's where a new classic Hawkeye figure might end up, since we've seen the old Marvel Legends Toy Biz Hawkeye displayed in the background of recent live-streams. Having a new Hawkeye with an arrow accessory with a shrunken Ant-Man on it would be cool. I could also see a classic Thor with new alternate head sculpts and accessories released for either the 20th anniversary wave or for his 'Thor: Love and Thunder' movie wave. Personally, I'm hoping for new figures of classic Luke Cage, classic Iron Fist, classic Carol Danvers Ms. Marvel, any version of Wonder Man (whether it's Safari jacket or his black-and-red West Coast uniform, I'd be happy with both), classic red costume Daredevil, classic Longshot, classic Jessica Drew Spider-Woman, classic Magneto, classic Mystique, Ghost Rider, and trenchcoat, hat and sunglasses clad Thing as either 20th anniversary figures or for any other Marvel Legends wave within the next year or two. And figures of '70s Cyclops and Dark Phoenix on new body molds are a must for any upcoming Marvel Legends wave.

I am excited that Storm and Jean Grey will be in the X-Men Animated Series wave, but I'm surprised Morph isn't confirmed yet considering his popularity. Hopefully we'll see new non-cel shaded, sold separately, Jim Lee era suit versions of characters such as Cyclops and Jean Grey in the future with next accessories.

EDIT: I saw an interview with the Hasbro Marvel Legends team on the Adventures in Collecting Podcast channel and saw that Dan Yun had the 80th anniversary figures of Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Iron Man with the Retro Spider-Man displayed behind him, as well as a Toy Biz Spider-Man TAS Web Shooting Spider-Man with two other Toy Biz Spider-Man TAS figures hidden from view. I wonder if this is teasing that a classic Spider-Man re-release of some kind will happen after all. I also saw a six inch '70s Cyclops with the Retro 3.75 inch figure, so hopefully he'll get a re-release or remake too.
