Steel Clan robots and Xanatos in armor and damaged robots. The Pack. Then gargoyle Elisa, the mutates (cat people clan), the "enhanced" Pack, the Magus and Princess Katherine and Viking captain from the Scotland flashbacks. the Weird Sisters, the London clan, Tony Dracon and his goons. The Archmage with magical artifacts (Odin's Eye, Phoenix Gate, Grimorum) etc.
Eventually all the way to Margot & Brendan, then the stone versions of them from City of Stone. All with build-a-castle parts, like the rooftop Ghostbusters diorama

They need to get to human Demona ASAP!
