Problem is
They lack torso articulation. The ball pegs can't do anything and some figures lack a ball peg in the upper torso.

Those elbows/knees are flush until you bend the knee/elbow and the cuts are atrocious. Marvel Legends typically wins here, especially with some pinless. Though figures with thinner arms on Mcfarlane have a more seamless cut.

I'm not talking about looking realistic but many of the Mcfarlane figures have a huge cavity with their elbow joints.

The diaper Mcfarlane uses has it's pros and cons. At it best it hides the waist swivel, covers up the upper thigh joints, and doesn't impede articulation. At it's worst it does the exact opposite.


Both lines could learn something from the other.
