Most famous for their work on worldwide phenomenon Spongebob Squarepants cartoon series, Mr. Fagerbakke even voiced Bulkhead of Transformers: Animated and Mr. Kenny is Starscream of the same series.

It is rumored that Bill Fagerbakke is a voice for a Wrecker in the third movie and we can safely assume that Tom Kenny will take his place as Skids and Wheelie for the second time.
