I grew up with Gundam, if you're willing to build the models, they are much better action figure wise once completed. But I understand most just don't have the time or patience for model kits anymore, even though today's Gundam kits have injection molding and are casted in the proper colors, there really is no paint or glue required. (unless you want to make it even better)

I’ll have to check out those model kits... are the models static or articulated?
I only played the gundam arcade game but loved it back in the 90s. I also loved the gundam vs mechagodzilla battle in ready player one and figured it might go well with my kids kaiju stuff. This might be a gundam gateway drug lol
