To be fair, the $80+ Figuarts Lady Thor's Natalie Portman representation didn't fare any better.

Yeah, there's still ways around those checkouts. No system is perfect, but self checkout is still very honor system reliant.

As for the faces, either Natalie didn't approve the use of her likeness or they need to fire their face guy. Given the Figuart, it's likely she made the decision.
