Yeah I got that email too. So right after we place our orders, they email saying we have to confirm we're ok with it not shipping until July 15, otherwise they'll cancel the order. That's absurd. It's like they really want to screw people over every way they can to avoid actually selling us the figure. Why should any of us have to confirm we're fine with it not shipping until July 15 (which is only 3 weeks from now!) when we just placed the order TODAY.

Target pulled this crap for awhile too on a lot of its preorders where every now and then (sometimes every 1-2 weeks on certain items) you have to go in and confirm you're ok with the shipping delay, otherwise they'll just cancel the order if you don't respond within 24 hours.

If I order the damn product, then obviously I WANT it. I don't care if it ships a little bit later.

So I just sent an email reply to 2 different email addresses as well as filling out their customer service form on their site (to cover all bases) practically BEGGING that they don't screw this up and cancel the order I placed a mere hour ago just because it's not shipping until mid July. Ugh!!
