As mentioned above. You have to remember that this thread is here solely to voice grievances, so people saying anything positive isn't really going to fit the theme. I'm not saying they're perfect, or even good, but in spite of the annoyances inherent in the site itself, and with Hasbro in general, and the issues mentioned here, Pulse is pretty solid. Never had an order canceled, every PO has been fulfilled on or before the estimate, and they pack well. They are definitely having delays on their shipments right now, though, and they do lag behind other etailers in terms of fulfillment.

TL/DR; Don't let what's essentially an echo chamber scare you away. Yes, they have their issues, but those are the exception, not the rule.
