While I appreciate the possible wink and a nod to GI Joe with the paint deco, WnW Bulkhead, like the other figures in the line, feels a little flat to me. Perhaps it's because Legacy Bulkhead isn't that old yet for me to be nostalgic for the mold. The new hammer is nice and I wish I could remember if it was animation accurate. If you've been holding back on Legacy Bulkhead now you have a choice in paint deco to decide between.
