I passed on neca's first run of herbert west back in 2018 but at this point i'm feeling like he's just not going to get a standard 7" ultimate release so i finally caved and got the 2022 revision since it was on the shelf. I don't care for the deliberate limitations of the mego-style body but it is a good looking toy in hand and the selection of accessories are fun. The likeness to jeffrey combs is pretty fantastic with this revision's new paint and while the shirt and coat still have that floaty doll-clothes quality (which they are) it's not as bad as the original release.

i'm not completely sold on a soundbar as i was always trained that a full on receiver was superior, but we're sick of tripping over wires all of the time and it's going to be even worse in our new apartment, so i figured let's give it a shot. So far it seems solid. I just watched halloween kills with it and tested a few scenes of godzilla vs kong. There seems to be a difference in audio quality between the ps5 and regular 4k player though despite them both doing the dolby atmos. It's probably just a setting i need to hit on the ps5 though.

I know what you mean on this.

I own a Yanaha full 5.1 surround sound system I got in 2017 (use it for TV / movie in living area) and it's awesome but I did buy a toshiba soundbar that I use for PC in office and its not bad.
