I suspect at least one will be a stretch goal. They'll need something to push those who are interested in GR in the macro sense, but nonplussed about Robbie in the micro. You know, fans like you. lol
Honestly, neither Mephisto nor Blackheart are top of mind for most casual fans, but with Mephisto essentially being a stand-in for Satan, I can't see a conventional release making him the more likely candidate. Blackheart should be either a deluxe, or a BAF as he needs to be oversized.

Hmmm, tempting, but I would rather them avoid gimmicks embedded in the actual fig., I wasn't a big fan of that in the Toy Biz days. I agree that the success of the Hiss in concert with speaculation involving Robbie following Galactus' fund might (no confirmation, yet) be the impetus for going vehicular. Along the Classified lines, I believe the lighting features will be in the car. Maybe the lights, hood, and wheels. Could be pretty dope.
