It could be Mr Freeze. Not every BAF in this line has been that big, Dark Father and Future's End Joker were reasonably tame in size. Also Grundy and Clayface were positively gigantic in Arkham City, they'd have to shrink them down to fit in the existing boxes (to be honest I'd prefer this for Grundy since he was too big for my liking). Megafigs would probably be the better route for those two.

Ah right, they dont also do huge characters so Freeze is an option, also I totally forgot about Asylum/City Bane.
