So another round of another DC favorite. Again McFarlane provided a good base and this was one of those everthing that can go wrong customs. So first I had got a Rock Black Adam to shave off the bolt to make a Shazam custom. Ended up hacking the bolt up badly. When I saw this Shazam I immediately grabbed it. My biggest issue with the McFarlane Shazam family is the flap or hanging bolt. I had one from Deathmetal Shazam I was going to swap in. First the removal of existing went badly and was attached differently than I thought and new bolt didn't cover damage. So I retrieved my hacked Black Adam and removed that torso and swapped it in. Managed to almost fully repair that bolt which I had hacked up. Did a repaint of that torso. After matching skin tone then got a red finger smudge on neck that I had to repaint. Did a full suit red and gold repaint. Dulled the lips down. Went to do a hand swap from the fist to open and the joint broke upon removal of the normal swap so had to fix that. Then if you look at original Shazam part of the red leg bottoms actually appear to be a continuation of the boot so swapped that red to gold. Bolt is fully attached to torso.
