Grid Iron stuff are definitely nice, but also too rich for my blood. To me, it doesn't make sense to pay more for accessories than the actual product itself. It's like paying $2000 for a spoiler of a $1000 car. Ha ha. Anyway, those that can afford it, they do enhance the Classified greatly.

6" scale is popular, and there are many options, depending on your budget, may I refer you to the sister site: Hisstank, where there's been 18 pages of discussion on this topic. You will probably find something you like there.

As for McFarlane, 7" scale is not that popular, so right now, McFarlane's weapon pack is really your only option, not counting the 3D printed items on eBay.
