AFAIK, while NECA is "7-inch scale" (a 6' tall person is a 7" figure), McFarlane is generally true 1/10, where a 6' person makes for a 7.2" figure. This is why the NECA RoboCop is shorter than the McF Robo... hell, the NECA Robo is shorter than McF's Jean-Luc!

All Spawn figures are from McFarlane Toys, FYI. Todd McFarlane is Spawn's creator, after all, and made McFarlane (originally Todd's) Toys specifically to create Spawn figures.
