Why not even decrease price and increase backers? Could appeal to more people and still reach the backers goal. (not sure if it is just a matter of "lets get the least amount of fools to back this, work less and still get my $3mill)
What exactly are you trying to sell me Bob?
You want to take away the interior detail and the LED lights?
That's breaking the immersion of putting the figure in a "real" car that is also supernaturally on fire as real fire glows and emits light.
This is like saying lets rid of the wheels, window.....hecks do they need a roof?
If you buy this thing and choose not to interact with it. This is not the product for you. Even if this was $100 I would tell you not to buy it.
You would not be getting any value out of it.
Decreasing price. Of course decreasing the price would potentially open it up to more buyers. But do remember that the Haslab exist because they don't think it can succeed in a bigger market(whether it be getting retailers to buy or getting enough individual customers).
End of the day though. The goal isn't to sell 50,000+ of these things. The goal is to sell in this case 9000. Then hit whatever final tier number. While not as problematic for Hasbro, you don't want to to have a final count that far exceeds a comfortable estimation.
