Well, life offers a host of contradictions, but philosophy aside, please tell me how I'm being contradictory in encouraging that one's decisions on how their money is spent needs no intellectualizing vs the general opinion of this thread. (Or others, for that matter) If someone determines that a Haslab is worth buying, for whatever reasons specific to them, how others feel is completely immaterial. Unless, of course, you are someone who looks to others to determine what to like/support/buy. (Which is a phenomenon I've noticed in the time I've been on the Ark and that's fine too, not the way I'd do it, but fine nonetheless) If that wasn't the contradiction in question then maybe you meant my comment about ubiquitous corporate greed vs this Haslab still representing value to "enough" fans (almost 4k so far). Those two concepts aren't mutually exclusive. This can represent greed/overreach while simultaneously being of value to some collectors.
