I have sanded the hip balls on every single Classified figure I own. The hip balls have nubs that are almost spikes. Once assembled at the factory the hip creates a death grip on the balls as the plastic cools. THAT'S why legs are snapping.

The only figure that does not have spiked hip balls is Serpentor. His actually have flat slightly raised areas and the hip posts are significantly thicker. Hasbro needs to use this design on ALL FIGURES moving forward.

I've been sounding the alarm about this major structural issue since W1. In 5-10 years there are going to be a lot of pissed off fans with a lot of broken figures if they don't fix Hasbro's glaring error. It sucks, yes. Folk can be umbraged all they like. But it does not change the fact they need to fix it.
