Because this keeps coming up every time a MK Storm figure is announced, yes...Mileena and Kitana have been shown off at shows multiple times over the years, including a more recent show last year where Storm debuted their prototype Morrigan and Juri gray scale sculpts (Juri of which has since been solicited.) A Nightwolf was also shown on the same circuit.
I'd be more curious to know what happened to the MK2 Johnny Cage, Shang Tsung and Jax sculpts (for which I can no longer find the post for Jax) that were teased and no one seems to remember. I have a feeling that all these missing figs have more to so with licensor approvals which can really hamper or cancel the project altogether (like the recent SHF ASM Spidey debacle) as opposed to Storm simply being slow and having too much on their plate. Lord knows that they cranked out the vast majority of the Golden Axe cast (with villains) in a short amount of time.
