He really excels with the more... I dunno, the larger scale and interesting looks seem to be his wheelhouse for me. That Batman would go straight into my MOTU display. Freeze I reckon will look great with the Super 7 TMNT villains display I have. I can appreciate this stuff.
I agree with you on the face sculpts for the most part. But then he'll do something that is just so freaking perfect it seems impossible. The blue/grey Hush Batman's portrait (crappy head/neck articulation aside) nails Jim Lee's Batman. Looks like it lept off the page.
But that Swamp Thing Mega fig is probably the best ST figure ever sculpted.
