I've never seen a single instance in which I thought an old ToyBiz figure looked better or even on par with a new Marvel version. At all. Like not even remotely. ToyBiz figures all have wonky proportions, really weird articulation schemes, and comparing the sculpts is like,"What? do you people not have eyes?"

Is it because a lot of y'all grew up with them? Is it a nostalgia thing? Looking at the Deluxe Blob compared that old TB version...it's not even a question which is better. The new version blows the old gross one out of the water. It looks like the best Blob figure ever created. So what gives?
99% agree, but I'm still far happier with the Toy Biz Abomination than any of what Hasbro's put out. Just seems a figure they can't seem to get right, at least for what I'm looking for.

Otherwise, yeah agree. Hasbro far outshines Toy Biz. I used to feel that TB BAFs had an edge, especially Apocalypse and Sentinel, but now I feel that at very least, they're even with what we've got from Hasbro.
