Cover Artist: Robert Atkins
Iconic GI Joe: ARAH artist Robert Atkins will be contributing an alternate cover with it's original art available to purchase through the Kickstarter. In addition, the individual who backs this reward will have the opportunity to work with Robert to create the cover for the Super Joe Unlimited series.
Robert's most recent work includes lead artist on Renegade Game Studios GI Joe Board Games, Deck Building Games and contributing artist on the GI Joe and Transformers Role Playing Games. He has worked with Playful Studios on video games such as Lucky's Tale, Creativerse, New Super Lucky's Tale, and the upcoming Wildcard!
In comics Robert is most well known for his work on GI JOE for IDW Publishing. Robert has also worked on Amazing Spider-man, Venom, Heroes for Hire, Ultimate Fantastic Four and The Savage She Hulk for Marvel comics. Other recent works include Lara Croft and the Frozen Omen for Dark Horse, America's Army for IDW and ABC's Castle for Marvel Comics. Other works include Legion of Superheroes for DC comics Snake Eyeseclassified and Forgotten Realms for DDP.
He creates artwork for toy packaging for various companies and brands including NERF, Marvel Legends, and Star Wars for companies such as HASBRO, and Mattel. His toy package artwork has been featured on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and various TV commercials promoting the NERF Zombie Strike line.
He is co-creating a comic series titled Elders of the RuneStone with writer Quinn Johnson (KungFu Panda, TMNT). Which is currently available to purchase through RuneStoneComic and Amazon
