SDCC reveals!
Whirlybat vehicle
Reverse Flash, Flash variant, Thomas Wayne Batman
Flash looks darker, with the same upper body as the first release on top of new thighs with the improved stance we're seeing on newer figures (Aquaman aside) and some sculpted brief details. Reverse Flash seems to have the same construction with only a new head, same as the leaked proto pictures from a while back. Thomas Wayne appears to mostly be the wave 1 Hush Batman.
Estrela Batman, New 52(?) Superman, Tim Drake Robin variant, '90s Nightwing
The black variant of the classic Batman that just came out is an homage to the Brazilian company Estrela that released a Super Powers Batman in black for the '89 movie. Tim is simply a darker colorway of the existing version with a black cape. Nightwing's sculpt looks the same just with a better stance (new thighs?) and new paint scheme. I can't speak to how much of Superman is new, mine is packed away.
Every full wave has had a $20 vehicle and a $30 vehicle, so I'm excited to see what the bigger, badder counterpart of the Whirlybat is gonna be!
