I tend to believe that it keeps you young to keep the things that made you happy as a child alive. The happiness you experience as a child from something simple like a toy, that is pure, unbiased, innocent happiness. To keep that kind of happiness alive within you as an adult, keeps you forever young, imo. And it doesn't make you as stressed out(at least me), because you learn to not take everything so seriously.
