You're welcome.
I know our community is jazzed about Warbird, but I honestly wonder how popular she'll be with more casual fans. I know the 60th Black Widow was a mess last summer, but the character has wide appeal. Even that outdated MCU figure in the last Infinity Saga wave has disappeared from most stores in my area. But for Warbird:
Carol hasn't gone by Ms. Marvel for about 10 years in the comics. And it's been even longer since she's gone by Warbird. New or casual fans will only know Carol as Captain Marvel and may not realize this her.
This costume hasn't been mainstream in 10 years due to Carol becoming Captain Marvel.
The previous Carol Danvers Ms. Marvel was in a Target exclusive 3 pack. It shelf warmed at my Target and I believe others reported the same thing at their respective stores.
People were grumbling last summer about Ant-Man in his classic suit being a Target exclusive. While I didn't see him at every Target store in my area, he stayed on the pegs for a few weeks in the stores that had him.
I don't know what will happen with Warbird or the retro Carnage. But if I had to guess, I'd say that Carnage will be the more popular of the two. Both the Mafex Carnage and the ML Venompool BAF wave Carnage sold out fairly quickly.
