Can anyone help me identify this revolver? Six-shooter, weapon?

I've tried using a few different action figure accessory databases, but haven't found it yet.

It came in a bag with two Biker Mice from Mars figures, but I don't believe it belongs to them.

In the pic, the top bar is inches. The bottom in centimeters.
