He really does. I was all set to get the normal version then saw this. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. The only negative I have with this figure is the binoculars and hand are one sculpt. He comes with an extra fist but, still...I can't imagine anyone, anywhere ever saying,"If only the binoculars and hand were sculpted together!" It's like Cel Shading...companies keep doing it but, I don't know a single collector that actually prefers it to traditional deco.
