Thanks and no problem, glad to help! A few quick tips below that may further help. You can also find videos on these for detailed steps & instructions.
If a head opening is too small to fit on a ball peg you can use a rotary tool (Dremel) to widen it. Just do a little at at time so as not to make the opening too big.
If the opening is too big you can do any of the adhesive putty, heat shrink, hot glue, or tapered rubber sink washers tricks. All are reversable. The hot glue trick usually generates the best range of motion results, adhesive putty is pretty much stuck in one place, heat shrink can be tricky but also yield good results. I've never tried the rubber washers trick but it might be even better than hot glue and can be made permanent.
If going the hot glue route be sure to use petroleum jelly on the ball peg before putting the hot glue in the head and sticking them together for forming/molding. If not they'll be stuck together when it dries.
