I've seen several posts here on Toyark over the years for vinyl/soft vinyl figures. I think these types of figures are bigger in international markets, but they do have fans here in the US. From what I understand, these types of figures are meant to be novelty display pieces. Which is why they have goofy proportions, and little to no articulation.

Todd tried something new with "Todd's Mods". I'm not sure why some of you are getting riled up by this. You don't have to buy them, and you're not being inconvenienced in any way by their existence. If they don't appeal to you, just relax and go on with your day.
