Found the NECA Bert and Ernie at Best Buy and Jada's Sagat came in from BBTS.
Switching the heads on the Sesame Street figures was a lot tougher than I thought it would be but otherwise they handle well and look almost perfect. Bert's eyebrows can be swapped between the heads to create even more options. Bert includes his bottlecap collection, book of boring stories, his paperclip collection, and Bernice the pigeon. Ernie has his treasured rubber ducky and the framed portrait of the duo which is thumbtack-compatible so you can mount it on the wall behind them. Honestly my big note with these two is that they should have been a two-pack instead of separate figures.
Sagat is my second Street Fighter figure from Jada and once again I'm very impressed given the price (I secured mine before the price bumps). Besides alternate hands and an alt head his only inclusion is a tiger shot with a clear stand, I think some fire pieces to go on to his open hands to recreate him initiating tiger shot would've been cool. The figure itself is the main draw of course and Sagat's one solid figure. He stands at a little over 7 inches which is in scale for the line, Sagat is an unusually tall Thai man. The articulation is great and the overall presentation is simple yet cleanly executed, granted there are some smidges of white paint going outside of the lines. We know Jada is wrapping up the SF2 roster so I hope they stick to their declared plan of moving on to SF6 next.
