Yup, they did! And the most fragile and miniscule decals that I botched horribly having little experience with applying them. They really were a marvel from a design standpoint. The armor was modular and they had some sort of shock absorbing spring system in the lower leg. I also had a diecast and plastic Mugen Calibur jeep-mech (non-transforming) in the same scale. It had similar plastic armor plates, but wasn't as innovative or cool as Dougram and Soltic. Good stuff, we seem to have a few childhood parallels...Rom, Crystar, Dougram, Soltic, etc. It's nice review common memories.
