We heard about them at a
Press Conference
. We saw them at the
New York Toy Fair 2011
. Now, it’s time to check out some
exclusive
CGI Renders and Art for
Transformers: Rescue Bots
; Playskool’s upcoming Transformers addition to their already successful Adventure Heroes toyline (about to be known as Playskool Heroes in the future).
Slated for release in August 2011, “Transformers: Rescue Bots” is the successor of Transformers: Robot Heroes. Based on the same concept as Superhero Squad and Hero On-The-Go, Rescue Bots mainly focus on educating children regarding hazards and safety.
Official Description:
"Anything can get done when Transformers Rescue Bots and their friends team up! Help fight fires, flood and crime, or anything in between – the Rescue Bots love adventure and rescue!"
The initial team of Autobots for the line consists of
Optimus Prime
,
Bumblebee
,
Chase The Police-Bot
,
Heatwave The Fire-Bot
,
Blades The Copter-Bot
and
Boulder The Construction-Bot
. Human figures are associated with various
rescue tools
and
colored accordingly
to a certain Autobot of the same line.
Additionally kids can collect playsets known as (but not limited to) “
Fire Station Prime
” and “
Bumblebee’s Rescue Garage
”, very similar to the previously mentioned “Hero On-The-Go” packs.
We say a hearty “Thank You!” to TFW2005 Member Matrix Soul for providing us these images and we do hope that you all will enjoy and say a few words about this upcoming line.
Take a look at the Concept Art, after the jump.
