Yes there are 3 different ones.

I skipped getting that Cyclops. Plus there are 3 new characters: classic Storm, Thunderbird, & classic Colossus.
I think I may get the variant version if I ever find it. That way I won't have 2 the same Nightcrawlers. I can always paint over Storms "comic shading" too.
This set is a Toys R Us exclusive. I'm not sure if people knew that.
It is $34.99. Some TRUs are selling them for $37.99. (Those are the ones that usually have higher prices.)
