So I've been looking like crazy for these. I just got word there were some at a toys r us today, so I immediately stepped out of work and called. And called.. and called. About 15 minutes later I went out and tried again. Several attempts later someone finally picked up. They went and checked and found them both! I was ecstatic! They would hold until the end of the day! Yes!
But then....
"Wait sir, we have a discrepancy here.." Comes back from hold "Sorry sir, someone here in store seen me carrying them up front and wants them."
I was so depressed. The fact that I called and called and lost them literally by 3 seconds of walk time bugs me to no end.

SO, to keep in theme with the forums.. if anyone spots them in retail anywhere other than tru, because I'm confirming they are there now, please post! He may be holding the samurai/patch pack as the guy may not have wanted both of them though, so wish me luck!
