meh, as it all boils down to the end, if it's a repack, which I now BELIEVE it to be, it doesn't make me too upset. Since after reading through this thread when I got home with the Jim Lee Cyclops last night, I compared the boxes and there is one difference on the bottom of the packaging. There is an additional line of tape that isn't on the Jim Lee version. Other than that, I cannot find ANY tears or other evidence the box was tampered with.

Kinda makes me laugh someone would do that AND be that good at it. I also don't want to return it because I don't want some poor kid (not a 39 year old comic/SW/Toy guy like me) buying the wrong figure thinking he got the right one (or some Mom doing it). Don't need to have the Toy Gods mad at me.

Funny thing, tried to explain it to my wife last night and she said, "where's the yellow and blue guy we talked about?" on Tuesday night A) she was talking about first appearance Wolverine B) I showed her the repacked Cyc on Tuesday. Gotta love her for trying.

Thanks to everyone for pointing it out. Guess next stop is to remove the wiki post I made.
