It is insanely screen accurate, insanely detailed and posable. So for a collector it's outstanding! Guys I can't recommend this guy enough (if you can find it in stock now). It's my favorite out of my collection even though it doesn't transform. I do have an Optimus Prime bias
As a board member on TFW said to me. Start without glue and only use it if you need it. So on that thought:

There were some areas where glue was nessasary. The blue leg armor by the hips, the chrome gas tanks on the shoulders and back, the knee guards, headlamps on the hips, the hinges that hold the doors on, the fingers(to make the joint bigger so they don't slide off) and a few other parts. Mind you I glued them only because I didn't want them to fall off while I handled it... And man did I want to play with this guy. If you feel like you want to assemble it then paint it then obviously don't glue anything. Pictures don't do it justice but here you go:
