One of the biggest, baddest villains in the TMNT series and definitely the hardest in the Turtles in Time video game, I give you Super Shredder! He's been tweaked from his original design, a mix of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie Super Shredder with the cape with other aspects thrown in. I tried to keep it nostalgic by using the original SS's head, shoulder pads, and bladed armor. The body came from a Legendary Comic Book Heroes Wraarl and feet from a DC Universe figure. Add some mystic (or mutagenic) power blasts like he threw at you in the game and a huge sword, Super Shredder is ready to tear into some Turtles!
