Though in some places, the managers are certainly to blame, those guys are splitting their budget with all sorts of toy lines just now- my same Target just got a bunch of the Young Justice figures and MAN DO THEY SUCK. they also cost TEN BUCKS for a 3.75" fig with no knee elbow waist or balljoint articulation. They are gonna get stuck with those just like they did Pirates of the carribbean, Tron the million wresteling figures they still cant clearance a year later.
Probably a little of both. I definitely think there's a lack of ordering at a lot of stores (stores I frequent at least). There really is no reason for a Target to ride through 2+ months of having 2 Iron Man figs and one Iron Spiderman and nothing else. Because that's what I see in more stores than not, and that's not Hasbro's doing. I see your point in some other stores that definitely re-up a good amount.. sometimes it's the current wave, other times it's some revision wave.

I've been wondering what the deal is with the WWE and UFC figures. This is what the kids are into? I guess I was pretty into the WWF rubber figures when I was a kid, but looking at them now I'm always wondering who's so into them that they have a whole aisle.
