The regular-sized figures are $15, not $20. Shipping is a separate cost that cannot be included in the price of the product itself if you're going to have an intellectually honest debate on the subject.

So basically what's happened is: The figures stayed the same price despite what would presumably be a smaller production run, at the expense of coming with a build-a-figure piece.
